Sara Kingman and Erik Narhi from Buro Happold talk about embodied carbon in buildings and how to embed low embodied carbon strategies into workflows for engineers, architects, and contractors. They introduce workflows for third party tools, as well as an internally-developed open-source tool called the BHoM. Specific examples of low embodied carbon design strategies and methods for integrating such processes into all building designs provided.
